Air Force Operation Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and krykftn, the developer of Air Force Operation, and they apply whenever you play the game. You accept them by playing the game. If you do not agree with them, please do not play.

If you are not old enough to enter into a contract where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, who accepts them on your behalf.

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to download Air Force Operation and play it on devices you own or control, under these terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from. The game is licensed to you, not sold.

You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game, decompile, reverse engineer or modify it except where the law expressly allows it, or use it for any commercial purpose.

• On first launch the game creates an anonymous game account on our server for your installation. You do not need to give a name or an e-mail address.
• On iPhone and iPad you can link Sign in with Apple or your Google account to your game account to keep your progress on another device. Linking is optional and is not available on Android.
• Without a linked account, your progress is tied to your device. If you lose or reset the device, we may not be able to restore it.
• Keep your device and any linked account secure. Anyone who can use them can play with your game account.
• One account is for one player. Do not share, sell, buy or transfer game accounts or progress.

• Coins, planes, ammunition, rockets, skies, avatars, frames, titles, trophies and league rewards are virtual items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything else outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred to another player or account.
• Buying or earning a virtual item gives you a limited licence to use it in the game, not ownership of it.
• We may change or rebalance virtual items, prices and rewards, including what matches, daily rewards, missions and seasons give, to keep the game fair and balanced.
• Gold packs are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms. They are consumable: once delivered they become coins in your game account and cannot be restored through the store. Purchases are final, except where the store's refund policy or mandatory law says otherwise.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. If a purchase is refunded, the coins it delivered may be removed from your account.
• If you were charged for something that did not arrive, write to us through the contact form at krykftn.dev/contact.

• No cheating: do not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits of bugs, modified or unofficial versions of the game, or tools that change its clock or speed.
• Do not tamper with what the game sends during online matches, such as your position, speed, health, shots, hits or pickups, and do not tamper with your save, the game's data, our server or purchases, or use fake receipts or someone else's.
• Do not choose a pilot name that is offensive, hateful, sexual or threatening, that impersonates someone else, or that contains someone's personal information.
• If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, please report it instead of using it.

Our server checks progress, rewards, purchases and online matches, and flags results that break these rules. Flagged accounts are left off the leaderboards. If you break these rules, we may also reset your progress or trophies, remove items obtained unfairly, change your pilot name, or suspend or close your game account, depending on how serious the breach is and whether it is repeated.

• Online matches, the trophy ladder and leaderboards, account linking and the copy of your save on our server need an internet connection and our server. The game can also be played offline against computer-controlled pilots.
• In online matches the other pilots in your room see your pilot name and plane. Rooms may include computer-controlled pilots.
• Trophies are won and lost in quick online missions, not in private rooms. Each season lasts one calendar month; when a new season starts, your trophies are reduced as shown in the game, and the reward for the highest league you reached is offered once.
• The leaderboards show other players your rank, pilot name, avatar, frame and score, together with your level and wins.
• Online features may change, be paused for maintenance or become unavailable, temporarily or permanently. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors, or that a match will not be interrupted.

Air Force Operation and everything in it, including its code, art, sounds, music, texts, planes and maps, belong to krykftn or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the licence in these terms, you get no rights to them, and you may not use the Air Force Operation or krykftn names or logos without permission.

You keep any rights you have in the pilot name you choose. You allow us to store it and to show it to other players as the game requires.

How the game handles your data, what it stores on your device and on our server, what happens during online matches, what other players can see and how purchases are verified, is explained in the Air Force Operation Privacy Policy.

We keep improving Air Force Operation. Updates may add, change or remove features, planes, maps and other content, and online features may need the latest version of the game.

If these terms change, the new version will be published at this same address with a new date. For significant changes we will tell you in the game before they apply. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply to you.

You can stop playing at any time. Uninstalling the game deletes its data on your device. You can delete your game account and the data stored about it on our server from inside the game, under Settings → Pilot Record → Delete account, or ask us to do it through the contact form at krykftn.dev/contact. Deletion cannot be undone: the progress, coins, trophies and items on the account are lost.

We may suspend or close a game account that breaks these terms, as described under fair play. We may also stop offering Air Force Operation or its online features; where we can, we will announce this in advance in the game or on this site.

Air Force Operation is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that progress, trophies and items will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, krykftn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, including any right to bring a claim in its courts.
